The Guest Foyer is currently under restoration to return it its former glory. Cabins D and E are off of this compartment.

After inital clean-up thefoyer was rather spartan.
This is how the foyer looked prior to starting restoration efforts.

The restored fireplace, built with items salvaged off of the Kinsman Enterprise (née Harry Colby) in 2003.
An elegant staircase leads up to the observation lounge.
Be sure to note the restored woodwork in the stairway.
